A career at Halpin Partners

Halpin Partners is always on the lookout for quality “Halpin people” to join our team. If you think you are Halpin material then we want to talk to you and if you have the right stuff, we will create a role for you if we don’t have one for you already.

Are you a Halpin person?

Halpin Partners is not for everyone. It’s undoubtedly a great place to work with quality clients, a friendly supportive team and the most up to date facilities and equipment, but if you are someone who enjoys being in much larger accounting teams where it is possible to hide and not be accountable, we are not for you.

Halpin people are the kind of people who thrive on providing innovative solutions to clients, helping our clients to improve their businesses and driving ongoing growth and success. They may have substantial experience within accounting firms, providing advice and solutions to a broad range of clients across a broad range of industries. They may just be starting out in their careers. They are all, however, willing to take accountability and are capable of (or have the potential to) prioritise their workload with a constant focus towards providing value to our clients.

Halpin people pay attention to detail, have excellent computer skills and are great communicators. They can quickly compile and analyse financial data, prepare cash flows and profit and loss forecasts and provide advanced tax and business advice to our portfolio of clients.

Halpin Partners provides a professional and friendly work environment where our team loves coming to work, in modern office facilities with ongoing professional development.

How to Apply

If this sounds like you and you’re interested in joining North Queensland’s most progressive accountancy and business advisory practice then we need to talk. For a confidential discussion about how you could fit in to our team, email manager@halpinpartners.com.au to get the ball rolling.

You never know where it may lead!
